Tom began his career in mortgage banking in 1984 with a privately held, startup. After having worked for 3 commercial banks (directly overseeing capital markets in all three and running the entire mortgage division in the last two), he cofounded Residential Mortgage Capital in 1995 and ran it through 2007.

Tom serves as CEO of Pinnacle Capital Mortgage and is responsible for all retail and wholesale mortgage banking activities, including production, secondary marketing, operations and warehouse lending.

Robert was principal of Boliard, Takasugi & McBride, LLP (“BTM”), an accounting firm specializing in the mortgage banking industry. BTM performed financial counseling and audits, loan servicing, and compliance audits.

Dave Striplin

Dave Striplin
SVP Loan Production

Dave has over 22 years experience in the mortgage industry working primarily to develop nationwide production platforms for prime lending. He most recently was National Production Manager for Mortgage Investors Group based in Knoxville, Tennessee. Prior to that, Dave ran the Western Division production at Loancity and Fleet Mortgage.

His responsibilities at PCM include the day to day operations and overall strategies of loan production.

Bill has 25 years of experience running finance organizations for large and small companies. 13 years in the mortgage banking arena.

Bills day-to-day responsibilities include treasury managements functions, accounting, human resources, payroll, servicing and warehousing.

John Gezi

John has 21 years of experience in Secondary Marketing and Capital Markets. John’s team is responsible for pricing, hedging, trading, loan sales and product development.

During these 21 years, John has worked for a depository banking institution, publicly traded companies, and privately held mortgage banks.

Shelley Thurlow is a 27 year veteran in the mortgage industry. Her experience ranges from managing Regional retail and wholesale operations teams to winning consecutive Presidents club status for sales teams.

Brad has over 20 years of experience in the mortgage industry, developing mortgage sales and operations teams. His responsibilities at PCM include overseeing day-to-day sales and operations for the Southwest Region which includes the states of Arizona, Colorado, New Mexico and Utah.

Kurt Lewis is a 26 year veteran in the mortgage industry. Kurt started in the mortgage business as a retail loan officer. Since then he has managed retail loan officers and both wholesale operations and sales teams. He believes PCM provides a person with all the tools to be successful.

Brian graduated from University of Oregon with a degree in Management and Marketing. After graduating Brian went on to become a mortgage banker in 1992.
